Bodegas Cesar Principe

At Bodegas César Príncipe, their main purpose is to become one of the leaders in the wine producing revolution in Cigales. After years of hard work and dedication by their founder, César Príncipe, and now under the responsibility of Ignacio Príncipe, they seek to profit from the 40 acres of mature vineyards with most being more than 60 year old to produce great quality wines.

To that end, they carefully select the grapes along with a modern vinification process which involves ageing in oak barrels (80% French oak and 20% American oak), this ultimately becomes the keys for success in their wines.
