Few Breakfast Gin
Availability: In stock
Steven Kaplan set about making the perfect morning gin. Coffee was considered, but it was tea that won out as he decided upon an Earl Grey tea bergamot-forward recipe. Perfect for his brunch French 75 (and yours).
Nose: Coriander, lemon balm and rice paper are the early risers here. Following them, the aromatic, inviting notes of brewing Earl Grey start to develop handsomely.
Taste: The elegant and refreshing qualities of Earl grey are well displayed here, alongside bergamot’s unique citrus characteristics and fresh juniper. A touch of peppermint and violet fragrance on the mid-palate.
Finish: Lingering sweetness with a burst of cinnamon for good measure.
Overall: ‘Fresh’ is very much the word at the forefront of my mind when tasted.
With this gin, we would recommend using Original Classic Tonic (Slimline or Full Fat)
